Four new Directors join the Board at David Williams IFA
DAVID WILLIAMS IFA is delighted to announce the appointment of four new Directors as the company continues to build for the future.
Rachel Coowar, Mark Sparrow, Daniel Slack and John Freeman (pictured left to right) have joined the Board with immediate effect. All four are longstanding chartered advisers with the firm and were previously Associate Directors.
The appointments bring a new generation of talent to expand the management team for Northamptonshire’s leading Chartered Financial Planning firm. David Williams IFA now has 23 financial planners, a supporting team of 44 skilled staff and advises on more than £1.6bn of client assets.
Nick Beal, managing director of David Williams IFA, says: ‘We are looking to the long-term future with these appointments. We want to continue our growth, backed by the same core values and professional approach that have enabled us to help clients so successfully over the past 50 years.
‘Rachel, John, Daniel and Mark have proven themselves, both as excellent Advisers, and over the past five years as Associate Directors as they gained vital management experience. We are delighted to welcome them to the Board.’
The four will continue to work hands-on with clients alongside their Director duties.
All the appointments were pre-approved by industry regulator, the Financial Conduct Authority, which has an oversight of senior management roles across all firms.
Alongside these appointments, continued expansion for David Williams IFA means that three new staff will join the firm in the coming weeks. Two will work in support roles and one as an additional Chartered Financial Planner.
More details will be announced shortly.
