New offices to open on December 23

David Williams IFA is moving to a new office this month.

We will bid a sad farewell to our historic Redlands building on December 20 and be open in our new Waterside offices on December 23.

The new address is:

5 WATERSIDE WAY, NORTHAMPTON, NN4 7XD

All telephone numbers and email addresses remain the same.

Our new office is a custom-designed 10,000 square feet building and is the first build in an expansion of the Waterside Way Business Park, just off the A428 Bedford Road.

Moving here ensures that David Williams IFA remains in Northampton where it was founded 44 years ago.

The new three storey building provides state-of-the-art facilities for both clients and staff. It has capacity for more than 85 employees and includes a first class suite of meeting and conferencing facilities for clients.

Crucially, the site provides extensive parking for all employees and visitors.

Nick Beal, managing director of David Williams IFA, says: ‘This has been an exciting and hugely important step for David Williams IFA. We have been growing rapidly as a company over the past five years, and are now one of the Midlands’ biggest financial planning firms.’

David Williams IFA occupied Redlands, since 2001. Beal says: ‘We will be sad to leave what is a beautiful office and it has been a good home to us.

‘However, we have grown to the point where a bigger building is essential to cope with the strong demand for our services.’

Our sister mortgage business, DWIFA Mortgage & Insurance Services, will also be moving into the new building at the end of January, but remain in their current offices at Kings House for the moment.
